Expense categories are missing on the mobile app when I try to book an expense or look up expenses

Your mobile app is completely broken for submitting expenses making it useless. At least for me.

Thanks for reaching out here.  Welcome!  QuickBooks Online mobile app is a great way to enter transactions while on the go.  It's important that your app is fully functional so you can complete your QuickBooks goals without delay.  I'd be happy to help!

 

Based on the information you've provided, I recommend refreshing the app to ensure it's up to date by following this helpful guide.  If you experience the same outcome, log into your QuickBooks Online account from a web browser.

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
