Good Afternoon. I am attempting input my expenses. We launched our business in November 2020 and any expenses I try to enter prior to that is asking for a password?

At the end of the year, the company's books are closed to prevent any accidental changes that can change the year's financials. QuickBooks Online allows you to make it password protected.
