Question

Has the cheque alignment suddenly changed for anyone else? This is beyond frustrating. There isn't a way to line things up properly, and I never changed the settings...

I feel like QBO changed something and isn't able to help me, aside from directing me to the little grid box, which doesn't work, as the $$ amount is then cut off the right side of the chq.

Thanks for reaching out to us here.  Aligning cheques in QuickBooks Online can be a little tricky.  I would be glad to help!

 

It's important to note, when aligning your cheques within the grid, you need to place the information exactly as it is currently printing.  Since the amount seems to be cut off to the right of the page, this is where you will place it within the grid.  Then QuickBooks will automatically make the necessary adjustments, so your information is aligned.
