Hi alexhungbc,

QuickBooks Self-Employed is a great program for business owners looking to streamline their work. I'll be glad to give you a hand with exporting your transactions so you can keep them in your personal records.

Here's how to export your transactions:

  1. Go to the Transactions menu.
  2. Use the TypeAccount, and Time period ▼ dropdowns to sort the transactions.
  3. Select the Export icon. Note: Receipts aren't exported. You can download them from specific transactions. Or go to the Reports menu and download all of your receipts for specific tax years.

You can also export your expense reports using the steps below:

  1. In QuickBooks Self-Employed, go to the Reports menu.
  2. Find the report you want to download.
  3. Select the time period or tax year from the dropdown.
  4. Select View or Download.
  5. Select the arrow icon ▼ and then the Print or Download.

Give this a try and let me know how you make out. In case you have other questions, feel free to reach back to me in the comments below, I've got your back.
