How can I align payment cheques (not pay cheques).

Good job on aligning payroll cheques! 

QuickBooks Online only allows you to align pay cheques. You'd have to use the default template for "payment cheques". I encourage you to leave feedback about this to our engineers. You can do this by clicking the gear icon and looking for Feedback. New product ideas and improvements are largely based on the feedback we get from other users like you.
