How come my "Go to client's QuickBooks" drop down menu is no longer sorted by alphabetical order? Any fixes?

Hi there, 

 

It's good to have an accountant user reach out to the Community. It's vital you're able to view your clients in alphabetical order from the drop-down. 

 

QB Online is designed to show the clients in alphabetical order by default. Since your account isn't showing that, I recommend clearing cache and cookies on your browser.  Doing this will help fix most issues the site may be having.
