How do I change a transaction that shows Cheque Expense to just Expense?

Your transactions are an essential part of your business as they collectively provide a visual representation of how your business is doing. The good news is that QuickBooks Online makes it simple to manage your transactions. To edit your expenses, follow these steps:

  1. Select Expenses from the left menu
  2. Select the Expenses tab
  3. Select the expense you wish to edit
  4. Make the needed changes
  5. Select Save and close in the bottom right of the page
