How do i find a bill payment which I recorded but did not get posted to my account?

Welcome to the Community. I'd be glad to give you a hand with finding a bill payment which you recorded. 

Since you've confirmed that you recorded the bill payment, I recommend checking the customer/supplier list to see where the payment posted. To do this, navigate to the customize/supplier menu and once you're on the Transaction List you'll be able to see all the transactions associated with the customer or supplier.
