How do I open a purchase order that was closed by accident?

Thanks for reaching out here!  QuickBooks Desktop is a powerful program with the features you need to complete your daily tasks seamlessly.  It's important that you're able to locate and review your purchase orders, to ensure accuracy.  I'd be glad to assist!

Here's how to find purchase orders;

1. Select Vendors from the menu

2. Open the Vendor Center

3. Select the Transactions tab

4. Locate and Double-click the purchase order from the list, to open it

5. Make the necessary changes

6. Hit Save & Close, or Save & New
