How do I remove the benefits line from printed pay cheque?

Printing your pay cheques directly from your QuickBooks Online account helps to keep you organized and saves you tons of time. That's what makes QuickBooks Payroll such a fantastic addition to the program. I'll help shed some light on the options for printing pay cheques.

 

Having the "Benefits" line on the pay cheque is necessary so that you and your employee can see the breakdown of things such as vacation pay. If your employee has additional benefits set up, this will be where those are displayed as well. At this time, there's no way to remove this item from a printed pay cheque in QuickBooks Online.
