How do you change the payers address on the payroll cheque stubs. I have changed the address in quick books but is still prints the old address?

Hello rose12,

 

I want to make sure your employee's pay stub is reflecting the company's current address. It's great that you've updated the address in QuickBooks already. 

 

Just to confirm which steps have been taken, here's how to change the company address in QuickBooks Online:

1. Click the Gear icon.

2. Select Account and Settings.

3. Click the small Pencil icon next to Contact info.

4. Update the company address.

5. Click Done

 

You should also update your company address in your Payroll Settings by clicking the Gear icon > Payroll Settings. Select Work Locations, and click on the blue link next to the Primary Work Location. Update your address here and click Save.

Note: This is the address that will appear on the pay stubs. 

 

If your address still hasn't updated in the system after following the steps above, try clearing your cache and cookies. The steps to do this will vary depending on which browser you're using, so follow the steps here to see how: How do I clear my browser cache and temporary Internet files?
