Question

How do you record expenses that are not paid by banking. They are deducted directly from the revenue. ie. Fuel deducted from Truck Revenue?

No offense, but this is why I think QuickBooks team members are a joke.  No one ever answers your questions, they just feed you generic lines from a book.  

Thank you anyway for responding.  I always forget that QB team members have no accounting skills, they are just QB employees.

I firmly believe QB would benefit from having accounting experienced members.
