Question

I entered a customer's name and sent her a progress bill, I then realized , I spelt her name wrong and I cannot change it. Please help?

Hi there, 

 

You've come to the right place for help. I'll be happy to assist you with editing the name on your customer's invoice. 

 

To do this, follow the steps below: 

 

1. Go to Sales at the left pane.
2. Select Invoices.
3. Select the invoice you wanted to edit.
4. Click the drop-down arrow under Action.
5. Select View/Edit.
6. Make the necessary edits in the Invoice page.

 

Once done, the invoice will show the balance due and the amount of payment at the upper right corner of the Invoice page.
