I just purchased online easystart and moved my data from desktop how do I pay the bills that I had sitting in my pay bills screen

Hi lcovelli,

 

Happy to have you as part of the QuickBooks Online family! Currently, EasyStart does not include the ability to mange bills or Accounts Payable. When migrating from Desktop into EasyStart, it's best to record bill payments in Desktop beforehand to ensure maximum compatibility. It's a good idea to take a look at the post conversion checklist to make sure all your data converted accurately.

 

Upgrading to Essentials or Plus would give you access to bills and payables. For steps on how to upgrade, check out this article: Upgrade your QuickBooks Online subscription 

 

 

I'd recommend getting in touch with a support agent using one of the following options. They'll be able to take a look at how things migrated over and get a better idea of how to approach this.

Schedule a Callback: click (?)Help in the upper right > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback (Note: Callback hours are the same as regular phone hours.)
