I'm having problems paying bills directly from the Enter bill screen

If you're experiencing issues paying the bill directly from the Enter Bills screen, there's a few troubleshooting steps you can try. I'd also recommend testing other company files to see whether the problem is isolated to just one company, or all of them.

Here's how to open a new company file:

1. Go to the File menu.
2. Choose Close Company/Log off.
3. On the No Company Open screen, choose another company file and click Open or choose a Sample Company.
