I'd hate to see you leave the QuickBooks family. We're grateful for each and every one of our customers, but I realize that you have to make the right choice for you and your business. 

 

If you'd like to cancel your subscription, follow these steps:

 

1. Sign in to your account. 

2. Click the Gear icon
3. Select Account and Settings

4. Click Billing and Subscription.

5. Click Cancel Subscription.

 

That's all there is to it. After you cancel the account, you'll have read-only access to your file for 365 days. After this time, your information will be permanently deleted from our servers.
