I wish QB had us put in a bill amount before we start so the you knew if the bill matches what was actually entered. Like the desk top version use to do

not the subscription. just when i enter the my supplier bills into the system. it would make it easier if that was a mandatory field for paying statements if the bills matched. It's vital that all your bills are entered properly so that your expense totals are correct in your books. QuickBooks Online is a great tool able to help you keep track of amounts you owe suppliers as well as their due date so that you know when you need to pay your suppliers. I can provide some information about entering bills.

 

I can see how having a field where you enter the total of your transaction so that it can show you the difference could be a feature that would be able to help you make sure bills are entered properly.
