In Quickbooks, how can I make a specific expense item automatically billable to a specific customer all the time to eliminate having to manually enter in line by line?

One of the best features of QuickBooks Online is how it helps you save time when entering transactions. I'd be happy to help go over creating bills in QuickBooks Online.

At this time applying a specific item charge to a specific customer is not one of the features available in QuickBooks Online. The best way to add a charge for a specific item would be to manually create the invoice.

I suggest looking in our third party apps page to see if there is an app that might be able to help you get this done. You can access them directly from your QuickBooks Online account by selecting the Apps section on the left hand side.

If this is a feature you wish to add to QuickBooks Online I recommend sending feedback to our development team so they can look into possibly adding it to future updates. You can submit feedback by following these steps:

1. Select the Gear icon at the top, then Feedback.
