Question

Is it possible to have the monthly invoice for from Intuit for the QBO service be posted to my QBO?

Why is it that I need to log into the system and dig through several menu layers in order to obtain my monthly invoice?  Surely Intuit could send these invoices directly into our Expense Module so that people don't have to enter them manually?  If not that, could you e-mail the invoices to us so that we can auto-forward them to Veryfi to be uploaded automatically?  Anything would be better than what is currently in place...

Thanks,

Hello ps,

I love the ideas you've shared here to simplify the data entry portion and accessing of your QuickBooks Online subscription invoices. I know that including these as expenses for your business means also logging them in the books and see exactly how what you've suggested can help.

When you have ideas such as this for changing the way things work with QuickBooks Online, submitting feedback to our product development team is the way to go. There isn't currently a way to change the settings to any of what you've suggested for the QBO subscription invoicing, which is why I recommend submitting feedback this time around. Following the steps in our How do I submit feedback? article gives you the opportunity to have your ideas forwarded to the product team so that they can see the impact of the way things are and learn what changes you think would help. While this community forum is a great way to share with each other, when it comes to this kind of feedback, please use the steps in that article.

To stay up-to-date with the newest QuickBooks Online changes and features, feel free to bookmark and keep an eye on our QuickBooks Online Feature & Product Updates page. This has a quarterly breakdown of changes that have been made to the software.

I hope you have a great rest of your day and week!
