Is there a receipt capture app that works with inventory tracking and Quickbooks Online?

I love that you're looking to optimize the capabilities that QuickBooks Online offers with the addition of apps. I know you're looking for an app to help you with receipt capture and inventory tracking, but QuickBooks Online is equipped with comprehensive versions of both of those features already that I want to help you take advantage of. 

For receipt capture, just look for the Receipts tab within the Banking or Transactions menu. You can upload your receipts or bills here, set up a custom email in order to email the receipts to QBO, or use the QuickBooks app to capture the receipts directly. Once uploaded, you'll be able to categorize the receipt or bill and add or match it as you do with other bank transactions. As it pertains to inventory management, I'd recommend entering the bill or expense first so you can specify the inventory you're purchasing, then match the receipt to that existing transaction.

QuickBooks Online also comes equipped with the tools to track inventory on hand, get alerts when it's time to restock inventory, and see insights on what you've been buying or selling. You'll need QuickBooks Online Plus to use this feature, but it means that you won't have to rely on a third party app unless you prefer to do so. Since you're already using Receipt Bank, it'd be a good idea to reach out to their support team in order to make sure that you're maximizing your use of their app. You can find the contact information for Receipt Bank from the Apps menu in QBO. Just enter Receipt Bank into the search function and open the tile for the app. The contact info is located on the bottom right. While you're visiting the Apps page, this is where you can search for additional apps that might suit your needs.
