Is there a way for people that share an account for operating expenses to not have to double enter in QBO?

Can I copy info from one QBO account to another QBO account?

Why do you need to post the same transactions on two different QBO accounts?

Anyway, you may migrate data by using a 3rd party tool.

Hi Robbie3,

Thanks for reaching out in the QuickBooks Community. QuickBooks Online is a streamlined version of the QuickBooks product meant to deal with a single business. I can provide you with details on how you can move data in and out of your QuickBooks Online account.

In QuickBooks Online, you can export and import data. This would be the option for moving information from one account to another.

To ensure you get the correct setup for your situation, I suggest you talk to your accountant. If you don't have one that you currently work with, you can find one through this link: Find an Accountant

If you have any questions about the process, feel free to reach back out. Have a great night!
