Migration from Desktop to Online

We've imported data from the most recent desktop version of Quickbooks to Quickbooks online. Most of it has worked fine. The only issue I'm having is that I can't see the details of any "Cheque Expense" transaction that has been made through the desktop version. Is there something I'm missing/something that needs to be fixed?

Thanks
