My QB desktop is Easy Start 2011. I want to transfer the info to my new QB online acct. How do I do this? I have done an update.

Since the Easy Start 2011 version is no longer supported, I highly recommend reaching out to one of our experts. They have more tools to help and guide you with performing the interim jump process.

To reach them:

1. Open QuickBooks Desktop.
2. Go to Help.
3. Choose QuickBooks Desktop Help.
4. Click on Contact us.

From there, one of them will be able to help transfer your data to QuickBooks Online (QBO).
