Question

Partway through the day yesterday, the "save" option in quickbooks stopped working for me. Any ideas?

Making sure you're able to save your work is essential for the accuracy of your books. I want to make sure this option is working and available to you. I'll give you a few troubleshooting steps and steer you in the right direction for more help if needed.

 

I'd like you to start by ensuring your browser or app is clear of any temporary Internet files can cause strange glitches such as this in the program. It's also important to make sure you're using a supported browser if that's the way you're using QuickBooks Online. Next, I recommend steps such as trying a browser if you're using the app, trying a different browser than the one you are using, and even resetting the Internet connection. As a cloud platform, the Internet plays a big role in the functionality of the program, which is why I suggest these things.
