Hi fullmoonesthetic,

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online Receipts, is a dynamic feature that makes uploading your bills and receipts effortless.  Once you've completed the upload process, QuickBooks creates the transactions for you.  It's important that you're able to review the transactions, so you can edit, add them to an account or match them to existing transactions seamlessly.  I'd be glad to provide more information so you're on the right track with your work!

After you've uploaded the receipts, you'll need to review them.  Here's how;

1. Open Transactions and then Receipts from the left menu

2. Select the For review tab

3. Follow the labels in the Action column to see what steps you need to take for each transaction.

Here's a helpful guide for your reference, to assist with reviewing your receipts in QuickBooks Online.
