Trying top set up on-line Bill payment through our bank. Cannot find how to do, please advise

It's great to have you back with us in QuickBooks community. Being able to pay your bills through the program would be a wonderful option for managing your books and taking care of the transaction outside of the program. I'm happy to go over this with you.

At this time, QuickBooks Online Canada doesn't have the Online Bill Pay option like other regional versions of the programs do. Since this is a feature you're looking for, I recommend leaving feedback for our product development team. It's easy and an awesome way to share the features you'd like to see in the program that would help you with running your business. Learn how to do so here: How do I submit feedback?

In the meantime, there may be some third-party apps that connect with QuickBooks Online that can do this kind of thing. To see what's available, head to the Apps tab and use keywords to search.
