Under Payment Methods I have duplicates of the same name. For example, X2 Cash, X2 Cheque, X2 Credit Card and X2 Direct Debit. Is there anyway to delete the duplicates?

You have the option to delete your payment methods or mark them as inactive. I'll be happy to help you accomplish this.

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Under Lists, select All Lists.
3. Select Payment Methods.
4. Find the payment method you want to delete.
5. Under ACTION, select the Run report menu.
6. Select Make inactive.
7. Click Yes.
