Updating the "Class" section in bill without going through individual bill

Hello, 

 

Could someone show me how to mass-updating the "class" section in QBO? 

 

RoseRocket won't import the "class" to QB and I am trying to find a way to updating all the bills at once. I see that we have the option to import new bills but not exporting current bills, updating the class on the spreadsheet and importing all the updated bills back in QBO.

No worries. The Reclassify transactions feature is available on QuickBooks Online Accountant and Advanced only. You can learn more about this feature using this link here. Feel free to ask other questions, I've got your back.

Welcome back to the QuickBooks Community. The program enables you to keep track of your accounting using the powerful features offered in QuickBooks. I'll be happy to share more info. 

 

The ability to bulk edit all the bills at once at once isn't available. I can see the benefit of having this feature in QuickBooks and I recommend sending feedback to our engineers. You can send feedback by clicking on the Gear icon and looking for Feedback. Otherwise, I suggest looking into third-party transaction management apps that you can search for on our site www.apps.com.

My apologies - but while waiting for a reply, I did some google searches and came across a tool in QO calls "Reclassify Tool." By the description, I think it is what's I am looking for but just need the right admin level to use it. 

Is "Reclassify Tool" available for QBO Advance users? I appreciate your time.
