Why do my pay cheques print with a different address than my company address?

Welcome back to the Community. I'll be happy to help figure out why your cheques are printing that way. 

I recommend checking to make sure your primary payroll address is correct. Here's how: 

1. Click the Gear icon in the upper-right corner and select Payroll Settings.
2. Under the Business Information section, select Work Locations.
3. Click the existing primary address and update the Work Location Address details.
4. Click Save.

However, I'd recommend contacting our QuickBooks Payroll Support Team if you want to change to a different address. They have the tools to update this information in a secure environment.
