We've received similar reports regarding the Get paid via Direct Debit button missing on the Batch actions menu in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Thus, I highly recommend contacting our live support team again so they can add you to the list of affected users. Once added, you'll be notified via email with any updates regarding the resolution.

1. Go to Help and select the Assistant tab.
2. Type in Speak to a human.
3. Click the Contact a human button.
4. Choose Live Chat/ Call me back.
