Copy emails

Sending customer statements I am no longer being cc'd into my mailbox.  I have no idea if our customers are receiving the statement.  This started end of March 2022.  All the settings are accurate in 'accounts & settings'.  Anyone having the same issue?

Hi BCW_christine, thanks for your post - we're not aware of any issues with this, have you checked any junk/spam folders to see if the emails are being delivered to here? Mail providers may flag repetitive emails and begin to automatically mark these as spam.

Hi Georgia,

I spent time on the phone with your customer services yesterday who promised me a call back from a supervisor and, of course, I never rec' a call.  This has been an issue since last week of March 2022 and I was told by QB yesterday this is a known fault and your engineers are working to fix but have no idea when it will be fixed.  Can you investigate further and let me know please
