Custom invoice not showing in app

Allow me to give you some information on how to personalize an invoice template using the QuickBooks mobile app.

The option to customize templates on the mobile app is exclusively available on iOS.

You can find this in the Settings ⚙ menu and under Sales Forms section. If you are an Android user, this could be the reason why you're unable to find this option.

In case you happen to be an iOS user and this feature is missing, I have some basic troubleshooting steps that can help refresh your data. This will enable you to view the most up-to-date information in your QuickBooks Online app.

Here's how:

1. Proceed to Menu ☰ and tap Help & Feedback.
2. Tap Refresh Data.
3. Note: A message appears “Caution. If there was a problem getting your latest QuickBooks Online data, you can refresh it now. It may take a few minutes.”
4. Click Refresh to confirm.

If the issue persists, I recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the application.
