Error Message Payment wasn't successful

Hi all, does anyone know why our clients are receiving the below message? 

 

Error - Payment wasn't successful, try again or contact your seller? This has been happening for a few days now and I've never received this before,

    Hi Rebecca, thanks for joining the Community - is this error message being received by customers whose invoices are sent with the pay with PayPal option selected?
