Error receiving payments

Is anyone else having a problem with receiving online payments?

My customer gets the message "You can try again, or come back later and try connecting then"

 

I have tried invoicing myself as a trial but i get the same message.

Talked to customer services and they were completely useless, just told me that my customers need to use a different browser - Not something ill be asking my customers to do!

    Its online card payment with paypal.

    Thanks for getting back to us Almo1, we don't currently have any reported issues accepting payments with PayPal. To  troubleshoot, we'd be grateful if you could disconnect and reconnect the app from within QuickBooks by going Apps > My apps > Select drop-down beside PayPal > Disconnect. 

     

    Please get back to us below if this doesn't fix the error. 🙇‍♀️

    Hi Almo1 It may be that you or your customers PayPal account is in "restricted" state or that PayPal or you/your bank account is unable to charge the payment source. We'd be grateful if you can contact PayPal and establish if their is a restriction and check that they are able to charge the payment source, you/your customer may also have to check the bank provider.

    I’m really struggling with this and can’t get any help from anyone. Several customers paid as normal and then it just stopped working. Same customers, same payment methods and QuickBooks is saying contact your bank. They are paying trough PayPal and it’s still not going trough. No one can give me a solution for this and I’ve spend chatting with them hours with no end result. I don’t know what to do no more. Should I just change accountancy company?
