How to: Include Invoice links inside statement pdf or email notification.

Each month's end, I send statements to my 30-day customers, summarizing the previous month's activity. Shopify generates the invoices, which are then imported into QuickBooks using a connector. Ideally, after crafting the customer statement in QuickBooks I send one pdf for a statement with links inside the statement to each invoice, however I'm currently unable to directly link or attach itemised invoices to these emails within QuickBooks. Consequently, I'm left downloading the statement and invoices separately and manually incorporating them into the email content. Is there a way to automate the attachment or linking of invoices to my statement documents in QuickBooks?

    It isn't possible to incorporate invoice links on customer statements in QuickBooks Online. The statement form is non-customizable; please share any feedback requests that you have for this over on our QuickBooks Idea Exchange page. We'll be reviewing all posts submitted here, and if it gets to over 50 votes, we will review it with our Product team.

    I'd like to highlight that Xero offers this feature, and I'm genuinely considering transitioning to their service because of it. This feature has the potential to save me significant time, and I believe it holds great importance in bookkeeping, a sentiment that might be shared by other users who might not be as vocal on the community forum. I encourage you to reconsider your criteria for feature dissemination, as this particular functionality seems to be pretty industry standard.
