invoicing

Hi All. I've been finding that my invoices get seen more if I actually share the invoice attachment from my own email address rather than send it from quickbooks. Quite often clients seem to not find the QuickBooks invoice ( maybe it goes into their spam?), whereas I've never had a problem when sending an attachment. ( I can do this from my quickbooks app...: ''invoice preview and then share''.

However the down side of this is that the invoice  does not get marked as 'sent', and therefore i can't mark it as 'paid', after I receive the payment. It stays as ' draft'.

Has anyone else experienced this , or are their any suggestions?

Many Thanks

    Hello Col4,

    Welcome to the Community page,

Does the same thing happen when you do it on the web browser instead of the app?
