Is anybody else having trouble of customers not receiving invoices?

    Hi richchester@rock If you create a dummy invoice and send it it to yourself are you receiving the invoice?

    Yes I’ve done that and received it. The invoices are not sending to my customers mobile devices only to laptops/desktops? This did happen to me last year and QB did rectify the problem so fingers crossed they can do it again. Thanks for your reply.
