My bank details are not showing when you print my invoices sent from Quick books.

 

 

Can someone fix this for me?

    Hi lutay,

     

    Welcome to the community! 

     

    Do the payment details show on the invoice when you open the invoice in QuickBooks and go to Print/Preview?

    They show on the invoice when you view it online but not in print preview

    Hi lutay,

     

     

    Are the payment details entered on the footer of the invoice template? You can check the template by going to the Gear icon > custom form styles > edit > content > footer.

     

    If you have multiple templates please check that you have the correct template applied by opening the invoice and going to Customise on the toolbar and selecting the custom template.

     

    If you still have the same issue after that if you could reply with a screenshot of the invoice in print/preview and we'll take a look?
