QB or bank invoice?

Hi, I’ve just started using QuickBooks self employed, the app for iPhone.

I think my invoices are going straight to customers spam folders so I’m not getting paid.

if I send an invoice through my linked bank instead, will it show up on QuickBooks? Tia.

    Hi Sandra If your emails/invoices are going to your customers spam folder that indicates that your customers may have their spam email filter strength settings quite high and/or you may have to ask them to add Intuit to their white/safe sender list, please refer to the enclosed link.
