Recurring invoices have not generated

I have around 200 invoices set to auto generate as scheduled recurring invoices on the last day of each month - however today they have failed to generate.  They all have a few months left to run, so not at their end date. Any help or advice?

    Let me share some information and ensure you're routed to the right support available so you'll get the assistance you need. 

     

    As I've checked my resources here, there's an ongoing investigation reported relating to your concern. I can see how relevant it is to generate scheduled recurring invoices for your customers. Rest assured that our product engineers have now begun the initial analysis of this case and are diligently working to fix this as soon as possible.

     

     For now, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Team to be added to the list of affected users and receive updates through your email. 

     

    Here's how to reach them:

     

    1. Go to the Help icon and click the Search tab.
    2. Select Contact Us and enter a description of your concern. Then, select Continue.
    3. Choose Start a Chat or Have us call you.
