Statement Aging Table

All of our customer accounts are 7 days - how do we issue a statement with the correct aging in the table?

Currently it defaults back to monthly so it doesnt provide clarity to the customer how overdue they actually are!

    Hi Timas What type of statement are you producing? Have you attempted to run an open item statement as this will produce a list of transactions that are open and list the due date?
