Can I generate financial reports (in total) in foreign currency?

Thanks for posting here. Allow me to help you in running reports in QuickBooks Online.

Once you set a home currency, we won't be able to turn it off or change it. QuickBooks Online uses the home currency when running reports. This is to ensure that the rates are accurate especially that you also uses the multi-currency feature.
