We'll have to export your QuickBooks Online data, info666.

Just a heads up, we can only export your reports and lists. For the rest of the data, you'll have to manually enter them. Here's how to export:

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Under Tools, select Export Data.
  3. Select a reason for exporting.
  4. Click Continue.
  5. Toggle the data to be exported in the Reports and Lists tab.
  6. Click Export to Excel.
  7. Click OK.

Afterward, the data will be moved to an Excel file. Then, you're good to import them.

If you want to move your data to QuickBooks Desktop, you can check these articles for the detailed steps:

I'm just around if you still need my help when importing the data.

@info666

Utilize the 3rd party tool to migrate your transactions data between QBO accounts.

https://transactionpro.grsm.io/qbo

Use promo code 20PERCENTOFF at checkout, valid until April 30th, 2020.

Once you are ready to proceed, make sure to click the Buy button to get the discounted price for up to 6 months. If you purchase from the trial account, you have to pay the regular price.

Hope it helps.
