Hi there, @safeer.

I appreciate for joining this forum to get answers about your concerns in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Let me address them accordingly to get a better insight. The Budget vs. Actual report first shows the Income prior to the Expenses. If your accounts are organized differently, you can change the sorting to acquire the outcomes you want.

To do that, you can go to the Report, tap the Sort button, and select your preferred sorting option. Then, press the Run report button to apply changes.

Regarding your concern about the dark-themed feature, this feature is a beta version. It means this is made available for testing yet, wherein it contains most of the major features but still needs to be completed. You'll want to switch to the default theme to comfortably work on your company file.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Gear.
  2. Select Theme under Your Company.
  3. Toggle the switch button to Off to disable the dark mode.

To learn more about this feature, check out this guide: Overall appearance and behaviors using dark mode.

Here's a link that covers all the tasks you can do when using QuickBooks Online: Help articles for QuickBooks Online.

Keep me posted if you have follow-up questions or concerns. I'll be here for you. Take care, and have a great day ahead.

Is horrible. I have been using QB on line for six years. Now after these upgrading all types of problem prop up. Get in contact with your helpline. Fail to get back to me whether your team is doing anything to check where is the buck. Log in for help again and the staff says that the staff who is handling the case (Shellou is the staff) will get back to you end of the day. Now it has been days and weeks, no way of getting help
