Question

1. My currency is now behind my invoice amount. How can I put it in front of the amount? 2. I selected the currency ANG - Dutch Guilder, I was expecting to get ANG in front of the amounts (see previous question). Please help!

Hi, @CCJ24

I got here steps to help you bring back the currency of your invoice amount.

Let's try logging into your QBO account using a private browser (incognito). There are times that the browser is full of frequently accessed page resources, causing some unusual responses.

Here's how:

  • Press Ctrl Shift (Google Chrome).
  • Ctrl Shift (Firefox).
  • Control Option (Safari).

If you see it, return to your default browser and perform a clear cache. Every so often the cache becomes overwhelmed with older data which can potentially cause viewing and performance issues. Clearing it will refresh the system, and you'll be able to work with a clean slate. However, if the issue persists, try using other supported browsers.

I also added some helpful articles that you can use in the future about the multi-currency feature in QBO:

The Community always has your back, so please let me know if you have any other questions. I'll be more than happy to help. Keep safe.
