I'd like to ask for additional information on what you meant with store and manufacturing module? This is the first time I've heard of it.

No, QBO is just what it is, designed to buy and sell a widget (not manufacturing).  Intuit has not created an on line point of sale for stores that works with QBO.

You can check the app store if you don't mind the additional subscription fee
