DOES SOMEONE KNOWS HOW TO TRANSFER MY QBA CERTIFICATION AND CLIENTS TO MY NEW QBA ACCOUNT? PLEASE HELP.

Hello. I'm here to assist you in transferring your QuickBooks Online Accountant (QBOA) certification and clients to another account.

To transfer your certification, you'll need to check if you have access to the ProAdvisor Training tab on your new account. Once you've verified this, you can get in touch with us to submit a transfer request.

Here's how to check if you have access to the ProAdvisor Training tab:

1. Go to the left navigation panel and click on the ProAdvisor tab.
2. Switch to the Training tab.

Additionally, here's how to transfer clients to a different profile: 

1. Sign in to QBOA as a primary admin.
2. Go to the Gear icon and select the Tools column.
3. Choose Transfer clients.
4. Check the profile in the TRANSFER TO section, then click Next.
5. Under the TRANSFER FORM section, choose the profile you want to move clients from.
6. Tick the checkboxes for the clients you want to transfer.
7. Select Move clients, then click Done.
