Also, if you're account belongs to a Spanish-speaking region, you can change the language settings in QuickBooks Online. Here's how:

1. Go to the Gear icon, then click Account and Settings.
2. Proceed to the Advanced tab.
3. Look for Language and click the small Pencil icon.
4. Click the drop-down and choose the language.
5. Click Save.
