QuickBooks Online Accountant (QBOA) displays this message because the training contents are accessible only when the default language in the company settings matches the training module's language. Let’s update your QBOA language settings to resolve this.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Log in to your QBOA account.
  2. Go to the Gear icon at the top right corner and select Company settings.
  3. From the menu on the left, click on Company.
  4. In the Language section, click on the pencil icon to edit.
  5. Select either Spanish or Italian from the menu to access your certification training.
  6. Click Save and then Done.
