I am in Italy and it doesn't appear that I can use "tags". Is this correct?

I am trying to use the tag feature, but it is unavailable. Could this be because I am using an international version of quickbooks online that it is somehow not an option? Doesn't seem like a valid reason to remove the feature. Can someone confirm this or tell me how to access them? It is not accessible via the video guide on your help pages.

There are feature differences in QuickBooks Online depending on the location and plan. Let me assist you with the tags.

 

The tag is currently unavailable in Italy. I understand that you need this feature. You'll want to let our engineers know by sending feedback. Go to the Gear icon and select Feedback.

 

You'll want to utilise the Class or Location options. These are the additional tracking options, which are accessible in Italy. For more information, please see the following articles:
